My character -
- is generally seen as heroic
- is a human being from Earth
- did not debut before COIE or Zero Hour, but did debut before Flashpoint. Did not debut after Infinite Crisis
- is not usually associated with a particular team, but would be more thought of as a solo act
- from the present
- dancing the robot would not be particularly appropriate
- has super powers that are not mechanical or weapon-based
- identifies as female
- no cape
- has not had a self-titled series or mini-series
- is considered a minor
- has been associated with the Titans, without being a full member
- has appeared in the comic adventures of a core member of the Justice League, but not in the Flash's book
- not Rose Wilson

Hung around with the Titans a bit, especially when Jaime Reyes was a member, but decided not to join cause it would have been "weird" being alongside her boyfriend
I loved the issue where she met Jaime's family (in the Beetle book).
Traci has bounced around quite a bit, though she debuted in Superman's book!

I don't think I read the era with Traci. Basically, I was thinking Cir-El but was pretty sure she wore a cape. I looked up her Wikipedia article to confirm, and there was a picture of Cir-El, Natasha Irons and Traci in it. I researched a little more, and she seemed worthy of a guess, at least.

I also didn't read her debut, I only encountered Traci after Infinite Crisis in Blue Beetle's book. Sorry about the cape thing, the two articles I looked at didn't have any photos with capes. Though, she rarely ever did have a true costume... but I should have qualified my answer to that clue. Hope it didn't throw anyone off
