Got it in one. It was Brainy's flight ring. Koko was using it as a glittery bracelet, as he was pretty much being made ruler of the inhabitants of the planet he stayed behind on. Tourists should note that this planet is not the planet of relaxing evening drinks. That's Planet of the Cocoa.
Over to you Ibbs!

Koko also used it to save the attractive female monkey that made him want to stay Lessee... Which Legionnaire did RJ Brande think was "even more of an ideologue than Gates"?

In the Reboot I remember she was the other most opinionated legionnaire.
In the second issue of the Threeboot Shadow Lass makes the comment "Ah. Legion. I genuinely think I have found my calling."
What convinces her of this?

trying to think what happened in the 2nd issue of the Threeboot... was that the Naltor mission?
was it because she could bop someone on the head?

I just remember the goat prank and Brainy yelling at Dreamy, "Cause, THEN effect!"
It was my favorite threeboot issue, but darned if I remember a particular Shady moment.
Guess - hookup with one of the guys...Karate Kid, maybe?

Got it first time Ibby. To enable Dream Girl to "see" more deeply she asks Karate Kid to put her under. He starts to help her meditate and she tells him "you Dork, clock me." which Shady immediately and happily does.
Lots of great bits in this issue which revolved mostly around Dream Girl's power and that of other Naltorians, including her getting mixed up with what had and hadn't happened, Brainy's frustration with her attitude to cause and effect, how the Naltorian guards could take down Karate Kid and Shady by predicting their moves but Dream Girl beat them by getting them to concentrate so much on her that the others could take them out, her comment to Brainy that he would feel differently once they were married, and that wonderful goat joke.
Take it away Ibby.

ah! I remember that scene now, lol! thanks stile, that was a nice trip down memory lane. I also liked that Dreamy basically intimidated the guards into distraction, by reminding them that she could see farther into the future than they could, just because she's awesome when Dragonmage was trying to regain his magical powers, some fellow sorcerers thought he was ungrateful. Why?

Because he didn't appreciate the value of the personal attention he got from Mysa?

Yes, exactly. She was being very patient with him... and the other sorcerers painted Dragonmage as an ungrateful brat.

I do remember such a thing...
What 30th-century criminal used the H-Dial and was fought by Superboy and the Legion?

Was this the one where Cham is part of a presentation at the Space Museum (or something) and Krypto eventually saves the day by chewing up the H-Dial? Read it not so long ago but can't remember who the (somewhat lame if I remember right) villain was.

stile remembers the story correctly. Let's see if anyone remembers the fellow's name in the next day or two, otherwise I'll award stile the next question.

THe old guy from the Superboy comic? Scavenger I think although I don't remember Krypto in that story. Isn't that where Lori got the dial?
