Yes! Lodestone/Rhea Jones is the DCU character I'm thinking of! I chose Rhea because she was a Steve Lightle creation not connected to the Legion, and I wanted to pay tribute to him here. The costume question was tricky. She indeed wore a costume in the Kupperburg/Lightle/Larson era, but she later wore no clothes at all during the Morrison/Case run!

I had forgotten that Steve Lightle did some early post crisis Doom Patrol. I haven't followed DP as closely as some others so wasn't aware of her later transformation. Good pick. I am thinking of a DCU character.
