Neron is who I was thinking of. Not feeling guilty. Not not not - changes name to Sneak Lad... In a horse race the horse hat wins by a nose is cheered on so no need to feel guilty ... Sneak Lad.

Character's adventures do take place *primarily* between 1956 and 2020. Is your character known for dressing up in a colourful costume and performing energetic feats in public? Not especially colourfully clad. Does your character race horses? It is Steeplechase, The Super Horse!... no, wait.... no... the answer is no.
