come to think of it, I don't think Arrowette ever joined the Titans either? She stopped super-heroing while Young Justice was still Young Justice
I am thinking of a character who:
- is a human being from Earth
- did not debut prior to COIE or Zero Hour, but did debut before the new 52
- is considered a hero by law enforcement
- adventures are mostly in the same time period that they are published
- can survive being thrown out of a plane at 1000 feet
- has been part of a team of heroes
- typically portrayed as female
- has not been a member of the Justice League, Justice Society, or the Legion of Super-Heroes
- was a member of the Titans, but not the Atom's team. Was part of the Titans after "Graduation Day" (when Young Justice became the Titans)
- is not a member of a race specific to the DCU
- does not regularly use weapons
- not Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark) or Arrowette

Never heard of her until this question, but I decided to Google Teen Titans members, and she was the only one other than Cassie who fit all of the hints.
I know that DC introduced a character named Equinox in the New 52 Justice League United series. How interesting do you think they could make a meeting between Solstice and Equinox?
