Chaim is correct. Thought it would probably be remembered easily. In "The Private Lives of Bouncing Boy and Duo Damsel" the couple are ambushed by some crooks he put away when he had his powers but he gains the upper hand with balls he ricochets off the court walls to knock out two of them.

I will throw a hint here because of how one of the attempted answers was phrased. We don't know the name of the specific individual who originally imprisoned Kantuu in particular. I'm looking for a collective whose members, acting together, imprisoned Kantuu and those like him.
