Not: Atmos, Magno Lad, Fire Lad, Dynamo Boy, Command Kid, Ambush Bug
Hint: One of the justifications given was that Chameleon Boy was no longer a member!

wow! I don't even remember this story! But I figured it might have to do with the Dynamo Boy (Kid?) story where he kicks out the legit Legionnaires...
Easy-ish one. Which Mordru task force member impressed Mordru by standing their ground after Mordru had taken out the other heroes?

wow! I don't even remember this story! But I figured it might have to do with the Dynamo Boy (Kid?) story where he kicks out the legit Legionnaires... Yeah, it's when the LSV join the team after Dynamo Boy takes over the Legion.

Looked up the page and Dynamo Boy tells Lightning Lord to destroy the statue to demonstrate his power. Good distinction. Easy-ish one. Which Mordru task force member impressed Mordru by standing their ground after Mordru had taken out the other heroes? Are you referring to Devlin O'Ryan in 5YL?

oh no, sorry. I was referring ton the Mordru Task Force formed in the Reboot  should have been more specific. Mordru explicitly has a thought bubble complimenting this character for their bravery.

Nope. Element Lad was last-man-standing in the first encounter with Mordru, but Element Lad didn't impress Mordru.

Also no, Atom'x got himself killed early and Mordru had nothing but contempt for him. So did Umbra, by the way; Atom'x went out because he was grandstanding.
I'm not sure a clue is needed, as there weren't many other choices (and you seem to be familiar with the story, as you've been guessing characters who were actually in it!)
I will say that Atom'x is the closest guess so far...

You got it!
Kid Q II was part of the first wave of non-energy casters, including M'Onel, XS, Star Boy, Monstress, Blast-Off (and Magno got in a hit while Mordru was down). Her time manipulation was key, and Mordru finally realized what she was doing. He bided his time and took out the others, and was impressed that Kid Q was still trying to stop him. He grew too big to be affected by her stasis field, and almost killed her - would have, if Invisible Kid hadn't pulled a save by extending his invisibility to her (at great strain to himself).
