Saturn Girl and Superboy? Nice art, and her having a crush on Superboy has been hinted at before (in the Geoff Johns version?). I'd go for the other cover though. It's nice to see Dream Girl with regular eyes.
Solicit summaries are so hysterical, they're annoying. "The Legion of Super-Heroes may not survive" .... that's a real world problem with this franchise, unfortunately.
And yeah, nice to see the Legion's different versions kept alive in these publications.
I think Imra never has a real crush with Kal-El in the others realiries... the one always love Superboy was Luornu, and Lana Lang (Insect Queen) of course.
I remember really liking both those stories. The blob one I think utilizes the entire team if I recal correctly. The one with Computo has Andromeda who I really miss and the male Kid Quantum that we never really got to see much of. Really really enjoying all these Legion stories being collected! Hope they keep them coming and I will keep buying them.
Yeah, I really liked the blob one too. Definitely used a majority of the team. Had one of my favorite Gates moments ever, and Ferro acquitted himself well, too.
You forgot Action Comics #1026! You can see Brainiac 5 on the cover and the Legion is mentionned in the sollicitations:

Ugh, Rogol Zaar isn't a terribly exciting villain, is he?
Regarding Action Comics, I'd normally be very happy to see John Romita Jr draw the Legion, however his Action Comics pages are so phoned in I'm not really feeling him anymore. I believe he's still capable of producing excellent art, as his recent Superman Year One mini clearly shows, but Action has really been sub-par.

It's DC Fandome day so we have to SHARE and peak a little into the future of the Legion with some details from upcoming issues! First, don't mess with Ultraboy. Then what major inspiration do our Legionnaires come face to face with in the 31st century?! And lastly, a glimpse at the Gold Lantern's origin which is stranger than even Brainiac 5 could have deduced! Happy celebrations all you fan-domers!
Interlac translation from Brainy's page (I think it's hilarious!)
A space-time continuum educational permissions visa is not a real thing. Brainiac 5 cre- ated it so he could give him- self permis- sion to visit his ancient heroes. I mean, we get it, it's excit- ing but, lets be honest, he made it up. Time travel!
Ha! Sounds like Brainy (although I wonder who the "we" is. Editorial?)
That alternate cover of the Kent Super-family is gorgeous even if Jon does look a bit too young in it.
