Thanks! Although, is it just me, or does that kind of read like it was written by an A.I. Propaganda Unit, and one for which English was a second language?

Having that much Interlac on the splash page turns translating from a fun little game into something of a chore. For me, anyway. Does anybody who's already done the work have an English transcription at the ready?
I quit about halfway though, figuring I'd wait until someone else did it! And yay for a Portfolio Boy post! I concur! Nice seeing you online, PB!

I quit about halfway though, figuring I'd wait until someone else did it! I was feeling a bit the same but here you go. yay, stile!!! two thumbs up! Also: computo WON her place in the Legion. I like that. Again, merit. On the other hand: does this also make here a pseudo-Legionnaire...?

Her status may be akin to that of ?TV Lass? from the threeboot. What was her name? Theela?

Theena. I'm getting the impression that she's a full-fledged Legionnaire, though.

I was thinking more M'rissey, the Threeboot business manager. Theena wasn't shown helping out with any of the Threeboot Legion's administrative tasks, unlike M'rissey who was basically the one running things.

Thanks! Although, is it just me, or does that kind of read like it was written by an A.I. Propaganda Unit, and one for which English was a second language? I looked back at the earlier front page intro bits and I would say they read like a future fan based wiki page perhaps. Grammatically it is fairly good with only a couple of technical mistakes I can see, but they are ones it would not be uncommon to see today or in current speech. Interlac always looks a bit strange since there is no capitalisation, so all lower case or all upper case. There is a defined capitalisation method but we haven't seen it used in this series. However it is not hard to imagine that all of this goes through Computo so yes it is probable that she had a hand in their creation. And yes I think "she" (since that seems to be the gender pronoun she is using and identifying with) is a full fledged legionnaire, a character in her own right whom I hope to see further developed. (That should be the whole point of the AI speech. She is recognised as a fully sentient person.)

I think Computo is a Legionnaire. Bendis seems to be portraying the Legion as a literal legion-- an army. In Ancient Rome, a legion had thousands of soldiers, so we may be looking at no membership limits.

I liked the surprise of their being Danielle (well, someone that looks like her) essentially on the team.

I actually liked Monster Boy turning into Frankenstein's Monster. I assumed he was only gonna turn into kaiju like Godzilla or random generic monsters.

Yeah, that was nice to see. He might turn into the Creature form the Black Lagoon or even our Kappa Kid!

I actually liked Monster Boy turning into Frankenstein's Monster. I assumed he was only gonna turn into kaiju like Godzilla or random generic monsters. Reminds me of an old character I came up with called Kid Mythos, who could turn into various Lovecraftian monsters, like a Byakhee or a Shoggoth (but nothing Godzilla-sized like Cthulhu!). If Monster Boy can turn into various classic 'Universal' monsters like a wolfman or a mummy or the creature from the Black Lagoon, it would be cool, and even more so if having Monster Boy on the team means that this generation's Timber Wolf is going to be more 'dude with powers' and less Furball-y.

They thought Universal Lad was going to bring stellar powers to the team, until he transformed into Elsa Lanchester.

I'm really curious now as to how Chameleon (Boy) (sorry, can't remember if he had the Boy in his code name this time around...!) and Monster Boy differ. Maybe Monster Boy also has the abilities of the creatures he turns into (but with a more limited range of things he can turn into), while Cham only takes the forms and not the powers?
Monster Boy could turn into a sparkly vampire, for example.

What are the limits of Monster Boy's powers?
Can only change into 1,000 year old movie monsters?
How does one gain such abilities?

Watch a lot of horror movies while drinking tons of organic, gluten-free smoothies?

Is that an origin story, or a lockdown plan?

Is that an origin story, or a lockdown plan? I think it's a lockdown plan. It has to be radioactive organic, gluten-free smoothies for an origin story. How does one gain such abilities? He fell into the Cabinet of Dr Cagliari.

I think wind powered gluten-free smoothies is a power in it's own right.

What if I already have the power to turn into 1000 year movie monsters, but can't because there are no 1000 year old movies yet?
