Timberwolf remarks that "whole situation was a nightmare!"
Supergirl says "I know! Sorry! It must have been something I ate!"
Her odd response confuses the others. Why did Supergirl say it?

Got it in one Stile. Supergirl thinks that she's on Krypton, dreaming the whole thing. It drives Ayla mad. It's a good issue.

I found that quite hilarious. Ayla goes nuts because everybody else is treating Supergirl with kid gloves. And at the end, Ayla comes around in a very touching scene.

Yep that's the one. When a small-time crook managed to poison the drinking cups obtained for a celebration of Brainiac 5's birthday, the various heroes chose different ways to spend their final hours. KK chose to hunt down the Fatal Five, hoping to die in battle but ended up defeating them and destroying their HQ, much to his disappointment.

?? I can't even remember a character called Mantis. I have only read through the Reboot once (bad stile86!) so some things are clear and others not at all. Always liked Gates though.

This was when half the team was stranded in the 20th century, and this is the Mantis from Apokolips  Not Ventura And I love Gates too, he's my joint #2 with Reboot Brainiac 5! Kinetix is still #1 of course.

I choose to ignore that bit in Legion of 3 Worlds where she died... and also why I wrote a fanfic that brought her AND the Reboot Legion's universe back but anyway...
