Seeing pictures with people from a hundred years ago, I say “I see dead people!”

I carry a medical donor card. Of course, no one would want my kidneys, because they're the worst. But that still leaves the corneas, the lungs, and some other choice bits.

Now this makes me wonder, which of my body parts people would want to take.
Though I hope I don't find out.

Generally a person is dead before their body parts are taken. So you would not know.

The film 7 pounds concerned organ donation. It was also so tedious that it can be shown in operating theatres as a replacement for anaesthetic.

I'm dating a Venezuelan who plays the piano. Well, learning to, anyway.
I also have the same name, and am the same age as, his younger brother. But I'm apparently way more mature.

My kid brother and I are not politically compatible.
Family visits would be great if I could just learn to never talk during them. : /

I blocked an annoying guy yesterday, who kept picking and choosing what to respond to during our discussion. You know the type. Always wants to "win", so quotes things out of context, only responds to part of what you say... Told him off, he kept going on, so blocked.
Well, he messaged first, so there. Guess he has to find something else to do Friday night.

"Do you like my tight sweater" was apparently the chat up line that led to Moloko being formed.

"Do you like my tight sweater" was apparently the chat up line that led to Moloko being formed. When I'm feeling especially childish, I start pronouncing names phonetically, names such as "Roisin," as in Moloko lead singer Roisin Murphy.
Still "Fickles" to my friends.

As a child I used to collect "Countdown" the British magazine featuring many British TV icons such as Doctor Who and the Gerry Anderson like Stingray, Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet. I still have them stored away in a box in a cupboard and occasionally get them out to look through their somewhat tattered remains.

Countdown to Extinction was one of the first Megadeth albums I listened to.
Keep up with what I've been watching lately! "Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio? Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you."

I have a couple of TV21s where a lot of the Countdown strips came from.Captain Scarlet and UFO are favourites of mine. . Countdown to Extinction was one of the first Megadeth albums I listened to. In todays news counter terrorism police are having to withdraw Extinction Rebellion from a guide on extremist groups.

I'm partial to the platypus as far as extinct animals go.

I remember when the clan elder took me out of the cave complex to show me the lush valleys beyond. "The world is your Archaeopteryx. Now fly," he said. That didn't work out well.

We met at nine, we met at eight, I was on time, no, you were late Ah, yes, I remember it well We dined with friends, we dined alone, a tenor sang, a baritone Ah, yes, I remember it well That dazzling April moon, there was none that night And the month was June, that's right, that's right It warms my heart to know that you remember still the way you do Ah, yes, I remember it well How often I've thought of that Friday, Monday night When we had our last rendezvous And somehow I foolishly wondered if you might By some chance be thinking of it too? That carriage ride, you walked me home You lost a glove, aha, it was a comb Ah, yes, I remember it…

Still doing that thing where all my passwords are members of one "family." Each one is associated with another that way, and it's harder to forget them. Of course I still do, from time to time. There are so damn many of them.
