Tough choice, but I was always intrigued by the 'one power at a time' thing, so I choose Ultra Boy.
Runners up for me would be B5, Cos, Tinya, and Vi, although I didn't much like her character until later.
Actually, I could see myself picking any of those, except maybe Star Boy...
