hmmm it was a small-time criminal whom the Legion had imprisoned? And I think he put the poison on the cups, rather than in the juice; Superboy had checked the juice with his x-ray vision and given it the all-clear.
What was amazing was how Mr. Crook managed to get into Legion HQ in the first place...

Yes to Zoe. (always yes to Zoe  ) Atmos was an Uncanny Amazer, not a Workforce member. None of the Amazers were lost in the first wave.
