My purchase of Batman versus Ra’s Al Ghul by Allan Goldman

My commission with Allan Goldman continues the story of the Legion of Super-Heroes meeting with the New Gods. Last time we saw them, it was Timber Wolf, Tyroc, Dawnstar and Brainiac 5 in front of the Source Wall with Mister Miracle. This time we have Shadow Lass, Invisible Kid, Shrinking Violet, Shikari and Bouncing Boy meeting of The Forever People under the watchful gaze of Lightray and Highfather on New Genesis.

Was that your idea JPop? The Forever People and the Legion are a perfect match, I don't know why it hasn't been done before. Goldman's work is spectacular, so detailed.

Yes it is one of a series I am doing with Allan of the Legion with the New Gods. I am currently working on another one with him.

Hm, I'm seeing Mew-mew (Thor's hammer, Mjolnir), one of Gambit's charged throwing cards, a SHIELD missile, Daredevil's billy club, one of Moon Knight's throwing crescents, Valkyrie's sword (I think it's Valkyries, it doesn't look like the Black Knights, which is pretty distinctive, but it could be the Swordsman's or Volstagg's, or something), a fire blast (Human Torch?), some snowballs (Iceman?), on of the Green Goblin's pumpkin bombs, Jarnbjorn (Thor's axe) and an arrow (one of the Hawkeyes).

About the only thing I don't see, and would expect to, is some webbing from Spider-Man or Cap's shield. (Lower on the list, one of Reed's stretchy arms, an optic blast, some lightning from Storm, a repulsor blast, one of the shrinking heroes like Ant-Man or the Wasp...)
