Cape Kid sounds like someone who would apply for the Legion...
best chances of getting in during the Adventure Era, when so many Legionnaires still had capes...
5YL... hmm...
Brainiac 5 and Vi?

Half right. Yes! LoSH v4 #23 The Quiet Darkness Part 3 Jo Nah and Kent Shakespeare along with Celeste Rockfish are on a rescue mission and have just fought off about a hundred troops and a couple of heavy duty 15 metre 40 ton droids which left their uniforms in tatters, so they don their old uniforms (the tops at least) with the comments: J: "Hm. I never thought I'd see these tacky old uniforms again. Y'know, actually, you look kinda dashing, Kent." K:"Thanks, 'Ultra Boy'." Over to you Chaim.

Bah, too slow to post Jo and Kent this time round. Jo sets Kent up with a non existent tactic if I remember correctly...

Oh, yeah, I remembered the banter about the tactics, but not about the "uniforms". And I always thought they should be called "costumes", because by definition a uniform would be identical wear. Like, the Fantastic Four have uniforms... the Legionnaires do not.

Giffen was going for uniforms in that run, although like many things it never got to the point you saw them get personalised as per the poster in #14 (I think it was #14). Would you say the postboot Legion had uniforms as they were similarly themed.

Cool. Been too long since I'd read that run, especially considering the before Robinson's Starman, it was my absolute favorite comics run ever.
Prior to Mekt's reformation in the Giffen-Bierbaum run, what was the one occasion upon which Lightning Lord and Lightning Lad met and didn't fight (or the teams they were with didn't fight)?

Correct, it was the one-year anniversary of their parents' deaths - and they met at the site of their death, which was not necessarily their grave.

Thanks Ibby. I knew it, if not immediately, then certainly as soon as I read your answer and the response which give a *massive* tip in the right direction.

REJECTED!
Which 3 Legionnaires were rejected when they applied to Lois Lane's fan club?

Nice try Andy, but Ibbs has it on his second guess (I thought this one would have taken longer.)
The three of them performed super acts to help Lois seem to have a really lucky day. But they forgot to make the news reports they were writing in order to join her club enough about egotistical Lois and she dumped them.
No honorary Legionnaire status for Lois. She must wonder where half of her office nip off to every now and again, especially when they return with future jargon like "cool up"
Over to you Ibby!
