--debuted prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths, but later than the debut of Barry Allen.
--has been a member of a team of heroes, but not L.E.G.I.O.N. or Omega Men.
--has been a member of a team based off Earth, and has been a member of a version of the Justice League, and was a member prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths, having joined later than the Elongated Man but prior to Firestorm.
