--is a hero who normally operates in the present day.
--is not female.
--is not a human being from Earth, but is a human-shaped being from another planet with a skin-color that naturally occurs among Earth-born humans, albeit with powers beyond those of a normal human.
--does not have the power of flight (at least in the standard sense), nor super-strength, nor telekinesis.
--debuted prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths.
--has been a member of a team of heroes, but not L.E.G.I.O.N. or Omega Men.
--has been a member of a team based off Earth, and has been a member of a version of the Justice League.
--does not and has not had his own title.
--is not a super intelligent robot who has a force field and utilizes a shrink ray to collect cities from various planets.
--has never lived in a shrunken city inside a bottle.
--does not normally wear a green uniform while being a hero and answering to some blue guys from Oa.
--is not from New Genesis or Apokolips.
--is not Mister Miracle.
