No Recap This DC Character is a female human from Earth with powers, that don't come from a device, greater than ordinary humans with which she fights crime, but not as part of a team. She doesn't work for the government nor does she have a love interest. She debuted after Flashpoint She has not had a self-titled book She was not first published by a company other than DC Comics.
