--wears a costume of sorts, but does not use a nom de guerre
--debuted prior to Crisis, on Earth-1, and was not previously owned by another publisher.
--is part of a team, but not a superhero team.
--started out in a supporting role and became more of a main character, but has never had her own book.
--is not the love interest of a costumed hero.
--is based in the 20th/21st century.
--has no special connection to any member of the Justice League.
--is not a villain and would be unlikely to rob a bank.
--is not a female police detective with the initials PP
--is not a member of the Suicide Squad.
