Not himself.

When Element Lad was revealed to be the Progenitor in Legion Lost, some of the signs of his changes were that he couldn't easily remember his teammates' names.

Which three Legionnaires' names was he specifically shown struggling to remember?

Correct:

Monstress
Chameleon

Not:
Brainiac 5
Saturn Girl
XS
Apparition
Ultra Boy
Umbra
Kid Quantum II
Element Lad

IB, I know it doesn't answer your question, but just as a bit of side trivia, Element Lad does forget his name in Legion Lost #11.

"Ah, no! What did you used to call me? Jin? Jon?"

KK,

you know, you're right.

Technically, forgetting his own name should count, so I say you get the next Q!

The last one was Live Wire, Jan couldn't remember if he was Garth or Rokk

over to you KK!

Well, I had to look it up to get the quote, so I thought that I ought be disqualified, but for the sake of expediency...

In the penultimate classic and fan-favorite LSH #50 (Justin Thyme) which eight Legionnaires were each given a new body?

Well, it looks like you knew Jan couldn't remember his name, and just had to look up the exact wording, so I'm inclined to give it to you anyway (plus you also guessed Cham).

As for the Justin Thyme Q:

Dream Girl (finally resurrected)
Invisible Kid
Saturn Girl
Lightning Lad
Gazelle
Ultra Boy
Star Boy
Micro Lad

The strange thing about Element Lad forgetting his own given name is that the Legionnaires had been using "Jan" relentlessly throughout the issue; nevertheless he remembered "Rokk", but not "Jan"?

Inviac, you have seven out of the eight.

ah well, a sign of how far poor Jan was gone...

Dream Girl (finally resurrected)
Invisible Kid
Saturn Girl
Lightning Lad
Gazelle
Ultra Boy
Star Boy
Atom Girl

coolio

I knew the team had almost as many females as males... should have realized that Brainy’s right hand girl Salu would have been there

in which modern day, real life city did Triad and XS go shopping for a gift for Shvaughn Erin?

stile has it - Paris!

The writers of that era seemed to love France. Quite a few scenes were set in Paris, and two characters (including ze hilarious Ze Tongue) had French accents despite not being French.

When post-crisis Superman was bouncing around in time and met up with the Legion from around volume 2 the mid 200s (post Wildfire pre Blok) he helped them destroy a Suneater by using a jury-rigged absorbatron bomb. Who triggered the bomb?

Yep spot on. The legion failed in their first attempt with their only (!) absorbatron bomb and so the plot needed Superman to suggest the alternative which involved everyone else attacking the Suneater to distract it while Wildfire flew in and blasted the nucleus leaving his suit empty except for Violet who rewired it to a make-shift bomb. Supes grabbed an earpiece off the suit with her inside and took her to safety just before the explosion.

Anyway you obviously knew all that. I shall have to think up a harder one next time.

Your turn again.

Funnily enough, I didn't read the issue in question smile But I read a summary of it.

Cool Q though!

Okay, let's see...

Kinetix used a magical artifact to save her mother's life. What shape was it in?

I love that story. It's what made Kinetix my favorite!

Cool...been a while since I checked in on this thread.

Which two members of the Amazers (not counting former member Star Boy) are seen to have personally encountered Starman Jack Knight?

Atmos and Insect Queen (though both were pretty much catatonic then - but they did get better)
