--If gay, would not like to date Captain America, aka Chris Evans, and not because of any personal grudge against Chris Evans or his role as Captain America
--Does not have powers beyond those of a normal human being
--Is a human being born on Earth
--Has been based away from Earth-1
--Did not debut before Crisis, but did debut before Zero Hour
--is not a super-hero nor super-villain
--has been the romantic interest of a super-hero, but not a member of the Justice League
--does not work for a governmental or inter-governmental organization
--was introduced in a book that usually features two heroes, and is not a solo or team book
--is not connected to the Batman, did not debut in a book starring Batman, and did not debut in Detective Comics, nor any other book that typically stars Batman, even if Batman did not appear in that particular issue.
