The Flash ashcan issue gave him a slightly longer codename with Flash in it, and he only vibrated certain body parts. See chapters 2,5 & 6 of Seduction of the Innocent for more details. He could be an anti-hero, where both would be technically correct, depending on circumstances. It would be interesting to give us a set number of questions to eliminate as much of the DCU as possible and see if any of us could think of someone who was left.
