Is the character portrayed as being a minor? Hmmm this character looks young by human standards, but it's stated clearly in appearances that she is not a minor. Is this character native to Earth-1? To the Earth-1 universe, yes.

My character:
- is not an obvious scientist, at least not to Egg Fu - could consider dating the Black Widow, if my character were gay - would make people surprised if caught robbing a bank - a heroine - not a member of the Justice League, Teen Titans, All-Star Squadron - has super powers - not had own title - if EDE fantasized about her and the Black Widow, would not be emberrassed because of the character's telepathy. But might be embarrassed by something else - native to Earth-1 universe - looks young but is definitely an adult - is a Green Lantern

Is it Arisia? (spelling might be a little incorrect)

I had a feeling you knew the character, but just didn't know the name or didn't want to name her!

She once said she was 13, but that's in her home planets' years... she's really over 200 years old. This of course, is to cover just how creepy Hal Jordan's adventures were. When I started reading comics, he had quit the GLC after much whining. The whining continued as he re-joined, had a mid life crisis and shacked up with an underaged girl. Years later, we'd be reading his thought bubbles as he fights to resist a slightly older Supergirl in Brave and Bold. He'd have been the Green Creeper, had the Creeper not already been around. Yuck! Hey! What! Guess what I'm doing?! Thinking of a DC character?! ...um... no actually... should I be? Yes! Okay then... ahm a thinkin' 'o one...

If this character fell out of a plane from 35,000 feet without a parachute, would they survive?

I'd condemn Hal Jordan, except I'm the one fantasizing about her and Black Widow... Did your character debut prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths?

Yarp… I mean yes... Summary A non female character who appeared before Crisis and who wouldn't survive a fall from 35000 feet.

Does this character have powers beyond ordinary people even if those powers could not save them from a fall from 35,000 feet?

If Egg Fu had ordered his minions to kidnap scientists for a special project, and one of them brought him this character, would Egg Fu be pleased with said minion?

If Egg Fu had ordered his minions to kidnap scientists for a special project, and one of them brought him this character, would Egg Fu be pleased with said minion? I think he'd be happy with the minion, but perhaps not meeting the exacting standards set out by the mission. Summary A non female, Earth-1, villainous character who appeared before Crisis who despite not being able to survive a fall from 35000 feet, as they don't really have powers, is no stranger to comic book science.
