Sometimes I think the highly specific questions tend to confuse the issue even more  Recap: - male, though if he were gay I have no idea if he would like to date Steve Rogers - not a villain who has faced the JLA - would survive if he jumped out of a plane flying at 35,000 feet and did not have a parachute - has powers that could be interpreted to involve light, crystal or telekinesis like effects, depending on how you interpret them. Two of these are more plausible effects than the third - powers are not magical in nature - has had own series - has been a member of the Teen Titans - did not debut prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths - not a 19th century outlaw living in space in the present day, using futuristic alien weapons designed to resemble those of the Old West and who rides an alien winged horse - not Crazy Jane, Tempest, Kon-El

Yes! It is Kyle!
GL emerald energy has sometimes been compared to light energy... and can lift objects, much like telekinesis can. Parallels have been drawn between telekinetics (like Kinetix!) and GL powers!
