Yeah. One-shot JLA villain who disappeared for twenty years and then returned as a Superman villain. He's mostly a fave because of that JLA issue though.

I didn't know he had returned. I really liked the old JLA appearance too, and he was a frequent foe in li'l thoth's imaginings.

I was thinking Parasite when I asked the "absorbing powers" question.
Is your character a 19th century outlaw living in space in the present day, using futuristic alien weapons designed to resemble those of the Old West and who rides an alien winged horse?
