The magical thunderbolt - what a good guess. I wish I had thought of it. No it is not the Thunderbolt. (plus I would count him as a JSA member as much as Johnny Thunder is)

For some reason, I misread your response to the JSA membership question as "yes". I also count the Thunderbolt as a JSA member.
