There were kids that resembled both Color Kid and Porcupine Pete, but neither of them was Doro.
Which Legionnaire does Doro resemble?
Doro appeared in the Legends of the Legion mini that gave origins for Spark, Umbra, Ultra Boy and Star Boy. The 4 Legionnaires (and Chuck Taine) shared their origins with 6 school-children who were touring Legion HQ. Though not named, each of the 6 (including Doro) strongly resembled Legion of Substitute Heroes members.

Yes, Doro resembled Ral Benem, aka Chlorophyll Kid! Well, Doro was wearing a green outfit, but he had red hair, and I think the Preboot Ral was blonde... but close enough.

Although Fire Lad would be a good guess for a character with red hair. Perhaps he just wanted to wear green that day.

Lana was that universe's Supergirl.
Pete was killed back at the base and I don't know if the others appeared in that story. But they weren't on the craft.
