She is one of my favorite Marvel characters. I've been inspired by her dual personas as an innocent girl and queen of hell when reshaping my Legion World roleplaying character. For her to be fully a villain or hero seems like a end to her character arc; there is no way for her to grow. She parallels Raven over at DC in many ways.

I like Illyana I really do but I don’t get how they keep pretending the current one is the same as before. She’s essentially a hollow demon shade who later had bits & pieces of the original’s soul stuffed inside.
