I know a lot of people who haven't tried either Pineapple and ham! Anchovies are too salty for me. The pineapple and ham pizza is called a Hawaiian pizza in the Philippines, and is one of the most common (alongside pepperoni) Would you rather spend a year being pampered at a beach resort, or in a resort up in the mountains?
