This character does not normally wear a colorful costume but he does wear costumes in action
My character could only be considered a legacy character in a certain light (it's not a usual legacy)

sometimes wears a mask
could only be considered a legacy character in a certain light (it's not a usual legacy)
would NOT go out on a date with Batwoman if he were gay
could survive falling out of a plane at 35,000 feet with one caveat
uses gadgets but not a gun or a jet pack or a ring

Just wanted to point out that I think I answered the team question wrong. While he never joined a team, he did work with one on 2-3 occasions and was considered a team member in one particular adventure

YES! It was indeed Chris King, who was considered a Titan for no apparent reason in the JLA/Titans crossover even though he had appeared in a couple issues as an ally, and once with a makeshift Titans West team in Hawk and Dove...
