My character is a superpowered woman whose powers are physical in nature
She cannot breathe underwater
She probably has more strength than a human but is nowhere near Kryptonian level
She appeared before Crisis on Infinite Earths on Earth 1
She has never been a Titan or a Justice Leaguer (that I know of) or a JSAer or a Doom Patroller or a Suicide Squadder but she HAS been on a team - the Global Guardians
People would be surprised if she robbed a bank
She is NOT Elasti-Girl

You do know that the question is to determine gender.
If your character was seen robbing a bank, would people say "Well D'uh, she is a villain!"?

No, people would not say "D'uh, she is a villain!" if my character robbed a bank. You do know that the question is to determine gender. I know, but I remember some posters used to be veeeery tricky in their justifications for saying no

Does your character's powers derive from magic? Nope. Has your character ever time-travelled? This one is a bit tricky. This character has been caught in time upheavals, but has not traveled through time in the way the Flash or Superman or Rip Hunter do.
