Recap:- A male two armed, super powered, villain who (a quick search showed) was not in the Reboot, and who did not make his debut before the 5 Year Gap. This character has not got a specific Legionnaire to target, did not join the Legion of Super Villains, and does not use energy based powers. He would not pass, with the appropriate clothing, for a human being. Although bear in mind the "going with a no" answer, rather than a direct "no" "...not having to believe in a thing to be interested in it and not having to explain a thing to appreciate the wonder of it."
