Agreed. So many of them could have/should have lived beyond Firestorm - it's kind of impressive considering the toss away villains of other heroes

Agreed. So many of them could have/should have lived beyond Firestorm - it's kind of impressive considering the toss away villains of other heroes Another plus in my book for Gerry Conway. There's a lot of work in the structure of the Firestorm series.

Oracle - With DC unable to see past the next maiming, or yet another grim overly, violent character the team behind suicide squad brought one back and made her a key part of a team rather than another female comics victim.
Mindboggler - A villain with a complete arc. A troubled villain who was allowed to be killed. More villainous when se was reborn, but found electronic redemption and happiness in the end.
