Neutro is a lot like Kinetix. True. I was distracted with the nuclear side of his origin.

CRYSTAL KID ORIGIN OF POWER: Gained power after suffering a bombardment of radioactive rays that hit his experimental space ship. I misread that as " surfing a bombardment of radioactive rays in his experimental space ship", and thought, 'that sounds so cool!' 30th century extreme sports accident, for the win! I like Thunderbow. The crazy big hip quiver is a neat distinction from Green Arrow and Hawkeye, who have smaller arrows and back-quivers. Add a tighter theme to his powers, and he could be cool (perhaps he can only telekinetically affect or teleport his arrows, allowing for some funky stunts like teleporting an arrow through a force field to strike a target on the other side). And, hello, his telekinetic powers are duplicated by Saturn Girl? What the hell? She's a telepath! Not Jean Grey! Argh!

Her secret is out. It's why there's not a higher death count on Legion missions. She does it in the background, just like she created Phantom Girl for extended periods. I did a double take on that one too.
Little arrows are for wimps! So says Thunderbow!

Neutro is a lot like Kinetix. When I saw this, I totally had to go back and check it out!

The powers are somewhat similar, but there wasn't much about personality, backstory or motivation.

Many of these characters later appeared in Matter-Eater Lad: The Series!

A Texas writer named Thea Temple claims credit for suggesting Duplicate Boy, although the letter pages say otherwise. Both in her biography, and on Wikipedia.

Next time we have a DC/Marvel crossover, I want it to take place in the Hostessverse
