Nobody said I could only pick one. First 5 minutes. No traffic yet. Listening to radio while waiting for Waze to work. SAPBM First Legion comic you ever read?

Superboy & the Legion of Superheroes #212. First (and only) appearance of the Legion of Super-Rejects. But not of individual members like Calorie Queen. It was also when Matter-Eater Lad got drafted into Bismollian politics. It also featured a Night Girl back-up story featuring Shadow Lass. And of course Cosmic Boy's back-up date Sinde whom Cosmic Boy describes "as happy as a clam and as about intelligent"

Barking dogs and no, that's not meant to be a pun. Lots of rude neighbors and becoming more so. When they're home, they yell at their dogs to "shut up" but when they leave for work, they'll leave them out all day or all night to bark their annoyance. One couple left a HUGH lab and a small dog on a 5 by 10 porch all day long to bark non-stop for hours but when the couple had a baby, all of a sudden, no dogs. Dogs woke the baby, baby cried, and that was too annoying for them I guess. Several of the neighbors never play with their dogs. Never walk them. Just imprison them in the yard and call them "pets." Boggles my mind.

I really liked watching Ducktales as a kid. Their adventures just seemed so varied.

I would say that the first show I remember as a favorite was Flipper. It was also the first Halloween costume I remember.
SAPBM,
You have been invited to the Legion World Halloween party. What will be your costume? (Note: a professional costumer will make the costume for you)

I was going to go as a professional costume designer but since you said that's who'd be making the costume, it could get awkward so...
I think I'd stay in theme and go as Blockade Boy because you know, I'm not REALLY him. It's just my message board ID.

I spent 3 Halloweens as a waiter so that won't be it.
I will wear the Invisible Brainiac costume that Tempest designed for me. It's in my avatar, and is wonderfully sleek and sexy!

I went there in a gummi ship with a boy holding a giant key, a giant anthropomorphic talking duck who kept squawking, and a taking dog who kept going GAWRSH. We met the king's singing redhead mermaid daughter and her flounder and crab friends. We fought this evil octopus woman and found the daughter a prince and they lived happily ever after

I suppose it will be my trip to Ottawa for my niece's wedding next month. I will endure a few events crowded with a lot of people I don't know, avoid a few relatives, shed the high heels as soon as possible and spend the rest of the weekend at the highly-rated Ottawa museums.
SAPBM,
If you had to or chose to vacation at home, what would you do for two weeks?

A happy face sugar and a snicker doodle cookie from the old neighborhood bakery, every Tuesday. SAPBM What are you doing down here? spend the rest of the weekend at the highly-rated Ottawa museums. A buddy and I were vacationing through Canada and on a lark, stopped in Ottawa for Canada Days festivities. It coincidently was the days when they opened the new Canadian Museum of Civilization in Hull. We also had (free) tea and cakes with the Governess General (with several thousand other people), saw fly-overs, fireworks and several of those museums. One of the best city vacations I've taken ever but I've not been back since. I'm jealous. Enjoy!

As I don't have a TV, but do watch videos, this is hard to say.
I am currently watch season 4 of Major Crimes. This is a spin-off of the Closer. Spin-off is kind of inaccurate as the Closer ended, but most of the characters continued in the new series Major Crimes. I do recommend Major Crimes, but would say watching the Closer first. The first season of the Closer was really good. Kyra Sedwick was the star and the title Closer. She was hired to run the LAPD major crimes unit. The department is initially against her, but come around in the course of the season.

Haven't watched it in a bit, but the Amazing Race. A friend and I once talked about joining. An aunt and I did too - I would take care of swimming and navigation, and she would drive. We could both eat icky foods.
