I have never tried pickled peaches, though I know they exist.
Peaches simmered in white wine with lemon, cloves & cinnamon are a great summertime treat, though.

Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.

I suppose. It's the long hair that ruins him for me. I don't like guys with long hair.
Even some girls' long hair annoys me. Like Laurel Lance's in Arrow.

One of my periodic obsessions is doodling Rule 63! versions of the Founders. It's silly how accustomed we are to coding long hair as "female only." I still try to keep "Ilya" Ardeen's hair as long as it was in the cartoon. Just because I hate to take the easy way out.

When my heroine Christy Marx was a kid during the 50s and 60s, she'd deal with the dearth of female superheroes by taking a random issue of Batman and doodling long hair and a skirt onto Robin.

Flying Buttress was the alternate codename Laurel Gand gave Jacques Foccart when he rejoined the Legion in v4.

The flying buttress, along the the pointed arch and the ribbed vault, is a characteristic of Gothic architecture.

Fun fact: Even though I can barely play the organ, I have indeed played the organ at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris.

When I would practice playing recorder for grade school music class, the dog would usually favor me with his own musical numbers.

A refrigerator we had had a problem with the freezer part. It would occasionally make a sound like a chirping bird. Out dog would then stand in front of the refrigerator, looking up, and barking at the "bird". We would encourage her to get that bird.

One of our dogs is a big sleepyhead. Whenever he's napping, he will ignore you if you call him. Even when his tail is already wagging.

I don't think adorable pet stories have ever killed a thread, though once a cute greeting card from Quislet, Esq.'s brother did. If I'm remembering correctly.

"I Remember Nothing More" is a haunting acoustic-based sound collage from the Boston band Cul De Sac.

They're very obscure. I think there's footage on YouTube of a show they did where their vocal accompaniment is just this big Hawaiian dude yelling in a sing-song voice. You kind of have to be in the right frame of mind for it, I guess.

Oh, I love that stuff. Even if it makes me the most pretentious person on Earth. But it's definitely not workout or meditation music. Kind of like a lot of Vertigo comics aren't necessarily good bedtime reading.
