Bah! Any ranking that puts Pete Ross so low is obvious illegitimate!

Luthor V and Mxyzptlk V totally deserve to be higher ranked than Earth-Man, and they weren't even on the list!

Gates thinks this list is complete and utter propaganda. His high placement is a token attempt by the military/industrial complex to appeal to non-vertebrates.

I'd forgotten poor Power Boy had never gotten to be a member except in the Adult Legion!

Quantum Queen as well.
Earth-Man above Nemesis Kid is a travesty!
And I demand the Super-Pets be ranked!

Nemesis Kid is #64. I suspect he used Wikipedia for the membership list.

For what it's worth, our own Portfolio Boy counted 179 members of the Legion, from various continuities.

Any list which purports to rank something from "least important" to "most important," without defining those terms, is highly suspect, Brainiac 5 might say.

Indeed.
The female Inferno's incluion is also arguable. Though she had a flight ring, she did not get a vote on Impulse's membership in LsH V4 88 and was absent from the Legionnaires 50 poster, which included non-Legionnaires like Shvaughn Erin and RJ Brande.
She even said herself, in LSH v4 96, that she was not a Legionnaire. That was the same issue she left the book.

Still... It gave us all something to chat about. Between this article and the one published at Comic Book Resources a few days back, there hasn't been this much Legion-related chatter (outside of this website, of course) in quite some time. If I dared to be optimistic, I'd say that someone is testing the waters. http://www.comicbookresources.com/a...elp-the-legion-of-super-heroes-live-long

Yeah, no arguments there. This list amused and interested me.

Yeah, it was fun, even if it's hard to take seriously.
We haven't done a "favorite Legionnaires" poll here in awhile. Maybe it's about time?

Still... It gave us all something to chat about. Well, there's always the weather. Between this article and the one published at Comic Book Resources a few days back, there hasn't been this much Legion-related chatter (outside of this website, of course) in quite some time. Yes, it's nice that there's some Internet chatter going on. The team is not forgotten and clearly still means a lot to many readers.

Keep up with what I've been watching lately! "Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio? Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you."

May I suggest asking for Top 1, Top 5, Top 10, Top 15 and Top 25? Would be interesting to see how results change when you allow more characters to be chosen. I think at least Top 1, 10 and 25
