Yeah, I'm planning something like that. I'll try to post it this weekend.

Yes to the favorite Legionnaire poll!
This ranked list is foul. How does Myg BARELY beat out Earth Man? UGH (Of course, Myg is kind of an ass as the series progresses)
And I agree - seems like the Legion is on the horizon. Maybe DC is realizing with the Guardians that there is room for an upbeat, futuristic team?

Thanks EDE! Myg was nowhere near as big of an ass as Earth Man was

I tell you, there's something in the waters!
I think you mean “something in the air”. “Something else else in the water” proverbially refers to an unexpected series of coincidences having happened recently; e.g. a large number of people in a neighborhood or office suddenly getting pregnant at about the same time. The idea being someone has contaminated the water supply with something which is causing physical or behavioral changes in people, such as an aphrodisiac. “Something else else in the air” proverbially means a number of unrelated people all experiencing the same sort of feeling of anticipation of some particular imminent event, a sort of momentary mini-zeitgeist. --Didactic Lad

Let's make it equitable to all the ancient elements: Something else else in the Fire? Something else else in the Earth?

Let's make it equitable to all the ancient elements: Something else else in the Fire? Something else else in the Earth? It's the Legion. Clearly it's something in *space.*

Let's make it equitable to all the ancient elements: Something else else in the Fire? Something else else in the Earth? Well, to make it short "in the water" refers to the past, while "in the air" refers to the future. If we say "A Legion movie is on the fire", we mean someone is working on it. If we say "A Legion movie is in[ the fire, we mean it is in the process of being destroyed. If we say "A Legion movie is in the earth", we mean it is dead and buried. Or if we say, "The Legion movie is like nothing on earth", we mean it is unique, either in a good or bad way. If we say, "A Legion movie is in the ether", we mean the movie has mysteriously disappeared without a trace. Amiright?

"There's something in offices of DC" may mean nothing at all.

May I suggest asking for Top 1, Top 5, Top 10, Top 15 and Top 25? Would be interesting to see how results change when you allow more characters to be chosen. I think at least Top 1, 10 and 25 I'm definitely up for a top 10 and / or top 25. The Legion, to me, has never been about *one* person. One winner seems contrary to the point. (Unlike, say, a favorite Justice Leaguer poll, in which a dozen or so of them have had their own solo books for years and years, and many of the characters were initially designed as a grouping of popular solo heroes, and not a team.)

I would still like a Top 1 question, just to see which Legionnaires would land first on the most "favorite Legionnaire" lists here But definitely, don't limit to just one!
