you know was just siting at work and a a thought came to me, almost every mainstream comic has fought Aliens, batman, super man spider man.

i think its time the legion fight the movie franchise

There was a Marshall Law two parter containing an alternate Legion, Aliens, Marshall Law and his team of superhumans. I think it was Secret Tribunal.

I vaguely recall reading that Mills used to get sent freebies of DC Comics after work he did for them (Metalzoic?). He used to use them as fodder for Marshall Law. He said that DC stopped sending him things after this one.
