Hmm... I would not consider this character to be a super-hero as this character does not really act like one. This character is more like a potential super hero.

It is Lume. Lume is an energy being so would best be described as an it, instead of a he or a she. And I can't really call Lume a hero as it was a rejected Legion applicant, but has not been shown to really act as a hero for its species.

By partially a villain, do you mean this character is more of an anti-hero such as Punisher or not out-and-out villainous such as Catwoman?
