...has not appeared in any 1,000,000 issue.
...is in a Legion. But not. But is.
...is not in L.E.G.I.O.N., the Legion Academy, Legion of Super-Villains, or Legion of Substitute Heroes.
...has not fought the Legion of Super-Heroes.
...not from the homeworld of a Legionnaire.
...has not served time on Takron-Galtos.
...has not met R.J. Brande.

It is Sizzle! Who I love dearly. Her status in the Legion reserves after she failed her audition is what made me waffle on how to classify her as a Legionnaire.
