I am thinking of a DCU character. They.. Future, is your character a hero? ...yes, are a hero (usually). ...no, cannot fly. Future, is your character someone who uses a gun to generate extreme cold in order to commit robberies and has a sister who uses an ice skating motif to also commit crimes? ...no, are not adept at cryogenic weaponry or at having a sibling who commits crimes. Future, is your character a highly regarded professor of Egyptology at Yale University who, after a blow to the head, comes to believe that he is the reincarnation of an Egyptian boy Pharaoh? ...no, at least in published canon!
