I get Netherlands and the tippy top of Wales. It's just reboot reminding us of his teleportation powers. The Welsh one is close enough to Anglesey for him to be developing druidic powers too.

Reboot has lived lives in all these places. But all within our time. When one finishes, everything gets rebooted. The mainframe is the only place that stores information on those lives.

I've not read that. It's been ages since I bought an X-Men book. Actually, I think it was Hickman's first issue. Nothing for years before that.

He retconned Moira to be a mutant who rebooted the universe to the moment of her birth every time she died, while remembering her previous lives. And she'd died nine times before the present MU.
