I'm thinking of a DC Character who --it would be a bit of a stretch to think of as a superhero --has some unusual characteristics, but probably nothing we'd consider to be super-powers --is not native to earth --not typically depicted as part of a team or organization, as we define those terms --is not male --is not X'al (or X'hal) --is not part of a "universal" peecekeeping / lawkeeping force --would not be able to pass for a normal human being, even if normally clothed --does not typically appear in stories set in the 30th/31st centuries --
and
--does NOT come from a planet/planetoid/asteroid which we know exists in real life

Is this character from another planet in space, as opposed to being from another dimension or something like that?

My character is not a villain.
My character comes from another planet in space (as opposed to another dimension or something like that) (I'm pretty sure)
My character is not able to fly under their own power.

Did my character appear in the Omega Men series? No, not that I know of.
Has this character had their own series or back-up series? No
Does my character belong to an alien species that is a humanoid version of an Earth species? Yes, but that's a confusing answer. I'll just give the hint that my character looks like a lot like a humanoid human being, although they still couldn't pass for a normal human even if they had one normal clothes.
Does my character like Green Lanterns? I'm pretty sure that Green Lanterns never came up at all in most of my character's appearances. Although come to think of it, there was at least one appearance by a version of my character that certainly would not have liked Green Lanterns.

I think it'd be fair to say yes, my character is a supporting cast member of a super-hero
