He was shown turning into a typhoon and just about anything you can imagine made of ice, not to mention gelatine dessert. And then there are times they just portrayed him as turning into various quantities of water. There was a late '60s cartoon about a rock band who were also super-heroes called The Impossibles, which included Fluid Man.
