89. SA GREEN LANTERN - love the green
90. MARY MARVEL - she looks really pretty here and the viewscreens seem more interesting
91. NOT BRAND ECHH - appreciating the attempt at humor here
92. DOC SAVAGE - just a lot more going on here

89. Golden Age GL has a better logo and features a classic villain!
90. I prefer the fun of the MARY MARVEL cover, she looks so cute.
91. The super drama of CAPTAIN MARVEL wins
92. Oh, A nice painted HAWKMAN cover in the pinup style Marvel went through for years (yawn), but the DOC SAVAGE pinup is explosive. SAVAGE love.

81 Night Force - awesome cover with different sized people & monster, which I love. Color sends it home.
82 Lovelorn - Drive-in drama at its finest! I'm sure there's many a Sonic that should make this required reading.
83 Sugar & Spike - don't really like either cover, and Sugar & Spike never did it for me, but the "high & low" positioning works better.
84 Green Hornet - colorful, dynamic superhero fun that looks like it could be in the 70's or 80's. Meanwhile the Danger cover looks like more like a really great panel in the story within.
85 She-Hulk - Awesome Andy gives Shulkie the win alone, but the rest of the cast is great too!
86 Kid Eternity - I really want to find out the story within, and hope it's as scary as the cover makes it look.
87 Into the Vortex - really only giving this one the win because the Secret Avengers cover just looks terrible to me.
88 Strange Mysteries - A cover I've never seen before, it fits right in with the classic monster covers that I like.
89 SA Green Lantern - love, love, love the GL adventures in 5700 AD, and this is classic, colorful Gil Kane GL cover.
90 Captain Marvel - the penis of Zeus is a little known part of Shazam canon, but here it was in all its glory.
91 Marvel Super Heroes - love this this Gene Colan cover introducing Captain Marvel to the world. It just evokes power.
92 Hawkman - it's all in the shading, as this cover is full of mood and atmospheres

89. GA GREEN LANTERN. Much like with #1, there's an embarrassment of riches. Both are stunning, and damn do I love those flame-y logos. SAGL has the beautiful bright colors, but the softer tones of GAGL stunning in their own way. I'm going with super-vintage over vintage.
90. MARY MARVEL. So cute! And so ahead of the curve -- that looks like Nintendo gear.
91. MARVEL SUPER-HEROES. I don't quite dig the Not Brand Echh style.
92. HAWKMAN.

85. SHE-HULK -- Shulkerrific! 86. KID ETERNITY -- Loved them both, but especially this one! 87. INTO THE VORTEX -- Hate them both, but this one far less! 88. HAND OF FATE -- Just because it gives you a better idea for the story!

89. GA GREEN LANTERN -- Dig them both, but I'll give this one the edge! You've got to know when to hold 'em! 90. WHIZ COMICS -- I kind of dig the Engine of Doom! 91. MARVEL SUPER-HEROES -- Not finding Not Brand Echh funny. 92. HAWKMAN -- This is beautiful, and while I really want to like the Doc Savage, something doesn't quite work with it for me.

93. NEW TEEN TITANS - it's prettier 94. AMETHYST (MAXISERIES) - the other one just has too much empty space 95. JOE PALOOKA - easier to understand what's going on 96. HOPPY THE MARVEL BUNNY - he looks less silly here

93. My love for Groo has been noted. But beyond that, it's a classic pose and the background is just full of detail.
94. Amethyst Maxi. It's a bit smiley, but 1) doesn't have a unicorn in it. b) isn't trying to find the people from all those other white only covers.
95. Humphrey. Not much going on in this one. Garfield Logan's girlfriend fancies Palooka? Humprey gets it for a JLA cover memory.
96. Animal Funnies. Hoppy has the pun, but funny animals wins for the extra background detail.

93. NTT.
94. AMETHYST (ONGOING). I like a nice white background!
95. HUMPHREY. "...or even a woman!"
96. HOPPY. One funky flip and that BUNNY is gonna have a PANCAKE on his HEAD.

97. House of Secrets. As tragic as being haunted by the 3 Amigos is, I'm going with the Eye in the sky all star homage.
98. Iron man. Not for any reason other than having Bolland as cover artist isn't going to work out as well as putting say Neil Adams on the work.
99. Doll Man. For the cover joke.
100. Our Gang. Jingle Jangle was going to get my vote, but the art on Our Gang is just lovely when enlarged.

97. HOUSE OF MYSTERY. Art choice.
98. IRON MAN. I'm a sucker for candy stripes! And I kind of want to ask what the Dial H guy is doing, but I also kind of don't want to know.
99. DOLL MAN. My, what a thighpalooza in this matchup!
100. OUR GANG. Agree with Thoth.

101. I've seen better spy covers, but it's more than enough to beat the "I hope this caption doesn't give me away" tarzan knock off. Nice perspective on the action though.
102. First Love. "Get out! You silly little girl! Didn't you know he takes part in the drag show here?" Elsewhere, Valerie is too highly strung. He's better off without her.
103. Candy, for the gag, but it's meh compared to the raging emotions of the romance choices.
104. Secret Service! She went down manhole covers and through sewers in those heels (and coordinated coat) All to betray he man she loves! Elsewhere, "We never should've walked down that dark hallway. Not with the cleaning trolley just asking to be tripped over." - only in Health & Safety Monthly!

101. DAREDEVIL. Nick Fury #12 looks like a page from a sketchbook. Kinda cool, but this is no Who Is Scorpio. Gorgeous DD cover brings home the win for Team Representational.
102. WEDDING BELLS. Usage of the word "floozie" is awesome but maybe not the best way to further your cause, Miss Goody-good Pillbox. Wedding Bells art better.
103. CANDY. Patsy looks plastic.
104. KENT BLAKE. Though I really want to vote for the title "Girl Comics"!

105. Zatanna. Even with the silly heels. 106. Amazing Spiderman. Great foreground unmasked,. Any further forward and it would have been 3D. 107. Sensation Comics. Water spouts and big, hard missiles. Subtext anyone? Toughie. Old School dynamic cover vs the whimsy of maidens of venus. 108. Cassaday Cap beats Mad-Miss.

93. TEEN TITANS. Aeragones' style isn't my favorite.
94. AMETHYST MAXI (glares hatefully at other cover)
95. JOE PALOOKA, who is also on the short list of comics characters I might gay marry.
96. FUNNY ANIMALS; Nelly Hoppy be flippin her flapjacks, sistas.
97. HOUSE OF the one where to solve the problem ISN'T DROP THE EFFIN BAIT, GREEDY DUMMY.
98. IRON MAN pride issue
99. Being a leg man, I've always hat a thing for Black Condor and Doll Man. Hmm. I think my thing for Black Condor is bigger this time. CRACK it is!!
100. Aunty Spry seems fun, so JINGLE JANGLE!
