I'm still surprised any of these "Kill This Thread" threads have been killed.

Several have, and mostly by Rocky. He didn't have us to contend with then And yay, ABIN! It might be worthwhile to post the list of winners with every new thread: I - walkwithcrowds (7-day version) II - none III - none IV - Quislet, Esq V - Rockhopper Lad (the first 24-hour version) VI - Rockhopper Lad VII - cleome VIII - Rockhopper Lad IX - Rockhopper Lad X - none XI - none

I've always preferred the pre-Crisis Luthor origin to the post-Crisis Kingpin knockoff version. I quite liked the business kingpin. It provided a counterpoint to Superman. Both actually want the same thing. The advancement of mankind. It's just that one of them wants it to be controlled only by men, specifically him. I found the pre-crisis scientific genius whose plans always failed a bit worn out. No doubt the newer Luthor went the same way.

It was more fresh when pre-Crisis Luthor was new. Though for that matter, Brainiac was also a scientific genius...

Less every time I see it. To think Element Lad couldn't find his costume that day, because Brainiac pinched it.

Oliver Queen gets Kryptonite poisoning from the arrow he's been saving for Superman all these years?

Alan Grant wrote him well in L.E.G.I.O.N. Annual 1. Otherwise, he's forgettable.

I loved Alan Davis' art on Excalibur, as well as his covers for Geoff Johns' JSA run.

I love that poster from Legionnaires 50, but I'm too scared to pull it out since it might ruin the comic.

Ruin a comic, save a thread.

I have two copies of Legionnaires 50, but both have the poster pulled out. I'm thinking of getting a third so I'll have one in mint condition.

I have a small party to watch the Kentucky Derby every year, at which we serve mint juleps.

I don't like mocha or coffee ice cream or anything that tastes like coffee with sugar added. I like coffee black or with cream, but no sugar.

The coffee at my job is really bad. Also, the company which provides it is a pain. Since I work in the payment department, I've had countless opportunities to call them during normal hours and get only a machine. Nobody ever responds to my messages. Then later I hear from the managers of the chain I work for that the coffee company is mad because they aren't being paid. Well, how do you expect to be paid when you won't answer the phone and send me the flipping invoices which would tell me what our stores owe, you knuckleknobs! Gah!!
