I quite liked the business kingpin. It provided a counterpoint to Superman. Both actually want the same thing. The advancement of mankind. It's just that one of them wants it to be controlled only by men, specifically him.

I found the pre-crisis scientific genius whose plans always failed a bit worn out. No doubt the newer Luthor went the same way.

It was more fresh when pre-Crisis Luthor was new. Though for that matter, Brainiac was also a scientific genius...

I liked skeletal robot Brianiac best.

I like DNA Brainiac 5 best.

Alan Grant wrote him well in L.E.G.I.O.N. Annual 1. Otherwise, he's forgettable.

Alan Grant is one of my favorite Batman writers.

Alan Davis is one of my favorite artists.

I loved Alan Davis' art on Excalibur, as well as his covers for Geoff Johns' JSA run.

I loved his Postboot Legion covers and the Legionnaires 50 pullout poster that he did.

I love that poster from Legionnaires 50, but I'm too scared to pull it out since it might ruin the comic.

I have two copies of Legionnaires 50, but both have the poster pulled out. I'm thinking of getting a third so I'll have one in mint condition.

I have a small party to watch the Kentucky Derby every year, at which we serve mint juleps.

I'm eating mint M&Ms right now.

Mint chocolate chip is one of my favorite ice cream flavors.

I love that too. And I love mocha.

I don't like mocha or coffee ice cream or anything that tastes like coffee with sugar added. I like coffee black or with cream, but no sugar.

I like coffee black as well. I like sweet foods but I try to limit my intake.

The coffee at my job is really bad. Also, the company which provides it is a pain. Since I work in the payment department, I've had countless opportunities to call them during normal hours and get only a machine. Nobody ever responds to my messages. Then later I hear from the managers of the chain I work for that the coffee company is mad because they aren't being paid.

Well, how do you expect to be paid when you won't answer the phone and send me the flipping invoices which would tell me what our stores owe, you knuckleknobs! Gah!!
