Rond, definitely. Much more interesting character, historically and potentially. What did Kent ever really do? Rond saved the Legion several times. Rebuild the Time Institute!

Kent had potential, but Rond was the man! Except for spending the better part of v3 crushed and in a coma, of course, but he certainly came back around. He did end up with Laurel after all!

Definitely Rond. Kent was a wasted character. They brought him in and then barely used him and then got rid of him. Plus he had boring powers--super strength and speed. yawn. Who doesn't?

Rond...if you look closely in those issues when he and Lori are trying to rescue the 20th Century Stranded Team, he's wearing the outfit of Peter Davison's role as the Doctor in Dr. Who: Cream colored Edwardian Cricketer, striped trousers and celery in the lapel. Anyone who wears that outfit is A-OK in my book!
I guess Kent is okay but he never really impressed me during the TMK Legion.
