The one that isn't often mentioned but always sticks in my craw when I think about it: The Legion is almost (still) an entirely Caucasian team. Earth Man is Caucasian. But the nasty anti-alien bigots who wanted to enlist him to "ethnically cleanse" the Earth? They were a completely interracial collection of people. Since I'm Hispanic, and since she's my favorite Legionnaire, I consider her an honorary Latina. Needless to say, I abhor the three moments when she's worn Caucasian body makeup, even if the first time (the first Mordru story) it was necessary for her very survival.
